When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 1pm (AEST), will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm will ship the next  business day. In the rare event products are on backorder, you will be notified immediately and alternate arrangements can be made.

 

When will I receive my order?

All orders ship via Australia Post Express Post service, signature on delivery. Orders typically arrive within 1 or 2 days of being shipped. Remote areas will take longer. 

For tracking information, use the tracking link in the email you receive when your order ships.

 

My tracking info says delivered, but I don't have my order yet.

If you've requested delivery to a hotel or place of business, please check with the concierge or the mail room.  For residential addresses, a delivery attempt has probably been made, but the parcel taken to your local post office.

If you still can't locate your parcel, contact us and we will help.

 

Are your products genuine?

Absolutely. We are an official stockist of all products sold from our store.

 

What do I do if there is an issue with my products?

Please contact us immediately and will be happy to resolve the issue for you!

 

How do I use a discount code?

Discount codes are applied during the checkout process. For mobile, you will need to expand the 'Order Summary' section. Make sure to Apply the discount code.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within Australia only.
